Everyone at Aidn has 5 weeks of holiday each year. We deduct all holidays in June, and pay out accrued holiday allowance in the same month (12% of annual salary). If you want to read more about holiday and holiday pay, you can find that here .
If for some reason you are not able to take out your full holiday allowance one year, you may transfer up to 12 days for next year.
To book your holiday, please get in touch with your manager and then register your holidays in Humaans
As an employee you get 5 days off per year with pay to spend on something that give your energy. We call it Aidn days, and you register your request the same way you do with your holidays—make sure to use the code “Aidn days”
In the first year of employment, allotment would follow what quarter the starting date is set at:
Q1: 5 days
Q2: 4 days
Q3: 3 days
Q4: 2 days
Please note that Aidn days do not roll over and they are not paid out. The reason why we have additional time off here at Aidn is because we genuinely believe it is important to step away from work regularly. We believe its good for you and also good for Aidn. We all need different inputs occasionally. So make sure to book your Aidn days off - they are here to be spent!
